Deducting balance without any service activation- misbehavior of customer care executives

Location/place: India

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I am using Docomo for Past 2 years, i didnt check my account balance regularly so it makes the company to deduct my balance regularly , i have complained about this to company many times but no use, they will take the complaint and leve it behind. Their customer care executives are acting like they do not have any data regarding our complaints. I regret to say that Tata docomo is the ever worst network.
