Deducting balance without any reson/adding unwanted services

Location/place: Kolkata – Salt Lake

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM service

I have got the recharge for 111 rupee and by the end of the day i found balance to be only 2 rupee. After calling customer care they are putting on long holds and not even reply saying there is a technical issue call after few hours. Even after calling few hours back they are not giving the reson for deducting the money. Even cut cut money by saying VAS services and USSD sevices. I have never activated any of such service and on complaing they were forceful that i have only activated.
