Dear sir its the ninth time i am sending this email in two months
in every mail i have explained that my balance is getting deducted illegally .
some unwanted services have been activated in my sim with out my information .
you don’t believe that in every response from reliance i have been assured that the problem will be resolved soon .
but every time i have been cheated . yesterday some one call me through mobile and assured me that your problem is resolved and their will be no balance deduction further .
but its very pity that today i have lost 5 rupees from my account
tell me is this out of your reach ????????
