Deducting balance by activating some packs without knowledge

I am using Tata Docomo prepaid (7598006866) .I faced problems such as balance deduction during browsing even when i had data balance of 13mb after I came across such balance deduction problems with Docomo soon a another problem occurred by deducting balance by activating some of the packs
Hi! You have subscribed to Docomo Deals at Rs5.0 for 1days.Due for renewal on 30-Mar-16.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free).
Hi! You have subscribed to Masti Club at Rs8.34 for 2days.Due for renewal on 04-Apr-16.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free).Hi! You have subscribed to Photo Stories at Rs35.0 for 7days.Due for renewal on 01-May-16.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223.For more, dial *444#.Hi! You have subscribed to Masti Club at Rs1.31 for 1days.Due for renewal on 25-Apr-16.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223.For more, dial *444#.
Likewise my balance is deducted when I tried to contact customer care regarding the issue .when it says press 9 for contacting customer care executive and when I press 9 it says please select a valid input .
Then when I try for the 2nd time it says sorry you have exceeded your number of inputs try again later bye.Does it means that they will deduct balance we should not even question them .Once they contacted me when I got the code for porting my number and when I asked them to refund the amount but they said we can’t but we assure you that it will not happen again ..

This is worst service provider I predict .These frauds can be called thieves instead.
