Deducting amount unnecessarly,not first time, they have done this about 20 times ,everytime they told me that, this will never happen.

Name of company/service: Reliance gsm

My name is rajeev , i m using this(9569826420) no. Reliance is deducting amount like 3,10,1 . every time they told that this will never happen, but after 3-4 days they break the promise.
When u call after 3 days of incidence they refuse to refund the money. Sometimes 198 line is so busy that call is not connecting.
I m tired of this. I have no time to call customer care and spend 20 minutes to qurrel on the phone,
what should i do.
So i bought airtel(8427152657), but there is a problem in airtel ,there is no voice when u call or pick call when i m at home, network is full.
