Deducted Wrong Amount

Location/place: Udaipur

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel

I made a recharge done on 20th april 2013 of 3G data pack with Rs. 455 with 2GB data valid for 30 days and today i.e. 24th April 2013 the data available is showing 15 MB. And acc to the company i have used so much of data which i am sure of that i have not done it. last month same pack ran for the whole month and dis tym within 3 days all the data was consumed by me and the company has no explanation except telling me that u have used thsi data.This is something unacceptable.
