Deducted Rs.15 balance on new year in bsnl,lodged a complaint for refund,but they didn’t.

On the new year,i got a msg showing Rs.15 has been deducted for activating cricket pack in my BSNL number 82800240481. I complained them that i have not activated that and i didn’t have received any promotional calls and msg.s to activate that, as i have DND services activated on my number. They took the complain and complain number was AO011816211. Now after 15 days when i call them back to know the status of my complain, they told me that “sorry, we can’t check the status.Call us back in few hours”. I had called them 5 times,but i’m getting the the same response from the other side. Please do something…
