deducted my balance

today at morning tata docomo has deducted my 30rs balance for some game dwnld …..and no game was dwnloded by me .
i called to exicutive he attended my call hear the complain told me to hold the line and then he disconected the line
till then they are not transfering my call to coustomer care executive…i need my balance back
