Deducted money from my bank account without authorization

Money deducted from my bank account (ICICI – 016701586564) from unknown payment via PayTm (anonymous Paytm Account) by stating “TXN of INR 462.86 done via debit card of Acct XX6564 on 10-Oct-18 RPI*PayTM
” Although the card is with me and not linked to any other account & i don’t use Paytm app nor linked my bank account with the app. I last used my paytm in January 2018.

Also, [email protected] not working, i got e-mail failure.

I need refund of my deducted amount INR 462.86 ASAP otherwise I’m moving to consumer court by tomorrow 10 AM.

I tried to contact paytm via e-mail, twitter, facebook, google play store & IVR but got no result until now.
