sir my reliance gsm no is 9015044483 and i want to lodge a complaint against reliance that they deduct my 15rs balance by sending unwanted msgs for activating services. and i register for dnd but they didnot activate it and whole day unwanted calls and messgess irritated me a lot. so sir please short out my complaint
