Deducted around 150 Rs from my mobile balance.

I did a recharge of rs 198 on my mobile number 07568474669. Till day before yesterday it was fine. As the account balance was showing the balance as per my usage. But then suddenly they have deducted around 150 rs and reduced the balance to 0. When i spoke with customer care they are not communicating properly and says that there had been no recharge done in a last one month.

I am really disappointed with the way they handle there customers.
