deducted 120 Rs without my permission

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Few days ago i got a call from tata docomo about hello tune which will mention my name in it, but i didn.t said yes to it but still they activated that hello tune and deducted 120 from my balance without my permission, I want my money back as soon as possible otherwise i will file a complaint against tata docomo in consumer forum.
