On 18th Feb 2013 i had applied from blackberry plan for 1 week of 100..they deducted 100rs balance from my account but till now plan haven’t been activated. I already lodged the complaint in idea helpline but i am not getting proper response from them. Every day they have same excuse that this plan will surely gets active in 18hr but the groundlevel condition is still helpless.
