deduct of main balance for using gprs while having 1 month pack activated for gprs

i am using gsm sim of reliance com ptv ltd from last three years
on 13/6/12 i was surfing internet using my cell phone in which i have activated 99 gprs pack which have validity till 17/06/12 after surfing i find that they deduct charges from my main balance and when i contact costumer care they told me that your balance has been deducted from main balance in 10 am in morning after long discussion he told me that we have submitted your complaint we apologies it was by mistake that we deduct charges from your main balance it will be refund till 24 hrs complaint no 180996364 Costumer executive care mr amit
