sir Uninor has deducted balance without intimating me on three occassion and the balance was refunded only once. When spoken the Customer care executive they rae not entertaining the problem. I ,ve spoken to Salma Khatun, Sangita Das, Santosh Rai and others. Please do the needful and take strict action so this mistake are not repeated in future.
