deduct my balance by activating unwanted services

hye my name is vipin…i m using airtel on my phone…..they cut my balance many time and say that a service is activated by you in your number …..and i dont activate any service to my no …..they say that u downlode game to your phone but no downloded games are run on my phone because it is a windows phone …i downlode game only fro. Nokia store not to others but they cut my balance many times…..and when i make a call to costmer care then thry say we transfer your call to our seniour officer and then they hold my call and then cut it and when next time make this call to costomer care then we cant make it……every time this is happining with me….please solve my problem please sir…my phone number is 09671558087
