I am vijay From nashik. I am using reliance phone. i have talk to customer care and he suggest me to recharge with 69 and get reliance to reliance free from 11 pm to 6 am , So i have recharge my mobile with rs 69 on Date 14.08.12 at 12.28 Am. But still Now on 16.08.12 its not activate I have loss around 200 /- rs. when i complain to customer care , he say u have already using one plan so you could not get benefit to this service. I was shocked sir , how they say this . i have recharge after talking customer care representative and now he is saying we can not do any thing.. so its cheating with customer. Sir please take any Action with these types of fraud company. i have proof recharging msg . my mobile number is – 9326377262
