Deduc/charging of Rs. 99 from main balance without consent for activation of mobile tv

Last week i have got a call from mobile no. +911409305374 i for activation of mobile TV ,before completing i have denied for the scheme. After a few minutes i got a message that i have been charged Rs.99/- for activation of mobile Tv. So kindly request to deactivate the facility of mobile Tv and credit the amount in my mobile account. my mobile no. 09417083202
