I had requested to de-active my Blackberry service on mid on Dec’12 and against that i had got the confirmation that the same will be de-activated. But it was not de-activated.
And suddenly with any confirmation it was de-activated on Jan’13.
Again on Mid Jan’13 i had asked for de-activated my blackberry service the same was de-activated on 14.01.2013 and was charges on my bill accordingly.
Even after de-activating the service, TATADOCOMO has charged Blackberry service on my next bill.
I tried calling helpline but on one was answering my call.
I tired putting complaint through on-line, but over there also it was showing error and was asking to call helpline,
