respected sir, i want to say that i am holder of +917837929283 number of Vodafone company.. on date 29/09/2012 my balance was 48 rupees , in lunch time i recharge my number with 96 internet pack.,, after getting internet usage amount i start using it,.. on same day around 10:00PM my balance goes down to 0.011 rupees, when i call customer service they told me that they deducted my balance because of internet using charge, but i already having free internet units then why they deducted it without any reason. i shall be very thankful to you if u look into my matter..
