dedected balance

sir i m using videocom mibile prepaid service.my no.is (8269517940) and they dedected my balance autometically when i talk on costomer care they told me any service activated on my number but i did not activeted any service on this number they did autometically . i want my balance back but they refuse me . when i wnt to talk any senior officer she told me senior never avaliable she told me call after half an hour, i sad ok, but when i call then they never pick my call. so i m lough a complaint videocom mobile .
kindly proceed my request and take some serious action against them give me a justice . i want to tell u one more thing about videocom mobile . that it have a worstest customer care service in the whole wrold bcz they not serve their customer they never pic the call of customer.
