Declined CPP Assistance service but still applied charges for same on my credit card.

Name of company/service: standard chartered

Declined which was offered with standard chartered credit card CPP Assistance service but still applied charges for same on my credit card. I reported complaint against this with standard chartered bank but still no action is taken on same. Kindly help me to resolve this problem.
