deceitfully charged for 2G and deducted my call balance

Dear sir

My airtel 2G pack was getting expired on Oct 3 3 and I recharged on Oct 3 again with a 2G pack with 1.25 GB data.So
On Oct 4 2015 they told that my pack is deactivated and I have to dial on that number to get my pack activated.
What they did that they again deducted my 199/- balance and initiated a new pack of 1.25 GB.and what I recharged was not even given to me .it means my 1.25 GB which I recharged was not even activated.
I complained but could not get any response.
Please help
