My 99rs has been deducted from my main balance today because of renewal of some VAS service which i have never subscribed for. I have called customer care they were saying i have activated the service on 27 Jan 2015 since then my has been deducted for the service 3 times which i have never used. I was not able to detect this problem as i was in roaming most of the time. They have not refunded no money. Please please please help.
My ph no on which this problem occurred was 8950827646. Also i want to these customer care executive think of themselves as invincible and they have mindset that public will tolerate whatever they want. They dont even let me talk to their manager. Pleas help
