Debited balance form a/c

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Bankura&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Idea</p>Namste, when i received a message from 55577 on 2nd february, 13 then one rupee debited from my a/c balance.
I call customer care to know that for what one rupee debited from a/c. He told that, i have activated a service, for that debited from a/c.
But i am sure that i am not activate any service. When the message come and when it open then one rupee debited from my a/c. It was happen again on 3rd february’ 13.
Then i have mail to ideacellular, for refund my balance. They are told that, it (refund balance) is not possible.
So, i request to u that please help me.
