Dealer Cheater and sold Warrenty expired Hard Drive and company is not taking any action

I purchased set of computer parts from MIndwork Technologies (Shop no1, ground floor, atlantic house, 350 laminton road, grant road e, mumbai 400007
in march 2013.
it included all part of a PC including hard drive of Western Digital and other products like RAMs, mother board, processor, cabinet etc.
I have a bill and paid them by cheque.
The issue is that they sold me a hard drive with the manufacting of 2008. and now this drive stopped working so when i called costumer care they told me that warrenty is of 5 years as as it is manufactured in 2008 so the warrenty expired in 2013.
So the simple logic is that due to dealer’s bad intenstion to sell old manufactured drive, i am suffering. I want proper action to be taken against Dealer and Western Digital Company.
