Deal in product delivery and lack of response even thou full placement is done

I had order an television from Shopclues.com on 26-12-2012, it was to be delivered in 7-8 days, i made an entire payment to them. But now till today they are not telling me the conform date of delivery. Today it is more than 20 days i have been waitng for the delivery.
