dead phone past 12 days

Name of company/service: bsnl
i am sitting with dead landphone from past 12days. complaint several times to coffee board office. no response. today again giving complaint to online complaint registration. Why BSNL neglecting these officers who are not caring/taking their company to great success by helping their existing customers than giving more advertisement to get more cusomters.

My telephone details is 0484 2600XXX.
From last 30 days, telephone is dead.
I have complained throughfault reporting.
There was no response.
we given complained him for the dead telephone. but no staff of bsnl has yet come to rectify the problem.
This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.
If still my complaint is not sorted out,
I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.myfather continuously complaining but still there is no action against this case,
please do the needful
