I bought a Intex keyboard from them and the keyboard number keys, the delete key and the control keys werent working. As per their buyer protection policy, they should replace the product with a new one…instead they asked me to send email with the snapshot of the Defective keyboard. After which they asked me get in touch the Intex Service Center for warranty. Now when i finally asked if they were going to refund the money or not, they said that they will and that within 2 weeks the money would reflect in online account on 28th June. Its been a month since this has happened and the money has still not been refunded in my online account. Request you to help me with this issue.
