DEACTIVATION OF TELECOM SERVICE

Name of company/service: IDEA CELLULAR

Dear Sir,

I am using a postpaid connection of IDEA cellular from 2 months. I am getting the bill on 5th of every month and I am paying without delay. For the month of March I have got the bill of Rs. 952, due to delay of payment they have deactivated my telecom services.

I have recognized that and I have made the payment with in a day.

But the services not activated and I am giving daily 3-4 requests for activation of my services.

They are asking every time 4 hrs time but after 4 days also I am unable to activate my services.

The matter is serious because I am an Employee and my communication is very important to my clients with a registered mobile no.

So plese help me in this Matter.
