Name of company/service: RELIANCE
I have not activated any of the services on my number and the company has automatically activated services on my number. When i wanted to speak to customer care representative i dialed *369 and pressed 4 for the same and it responded as 4 is not valid choice though its menu option says that to talk to customer care representative please press 4. Please make some sever action against the company because they deducted 250 rs from my account.
