I have a data plan connection of Vodafone.9167491745. My services have been deactivated without prior notice.
I got a call on 31st May/1st June’15 about the payment due, I asked the customer care executive, what is the amount due and I paid 1150 on 2nd June’15 today when I call vodafone customer care for details, they mention, my services have been deactivated due to non payment of bills on 6th, I just asked him what has happened in 4 days due to which the no. was deactivated, but he did not answer. the complaint no. is 1256664284. I am going ahead for deactivation of services, however, I hope to have more clarity on the issue .
