I gave Deposit of 899 and all my document for a new connection. it activated after 9th day of submitt my application.
After 15 day i got a message (Sorry we are unnable to contact you on your billing address visit activation point in 48 hr to avoid disconnection.
I am a working person so how i can be available on working hour fopr verification i said to customer care to come after 7.30 Evening but they said no people will be available at that time.
Then i requested them to come on a this saturday i will be available. but befeore that they bard my outgoing facility. This is the service Docomo is providing.
I asked to customer care to activate this facility because i can not go there by leaving my job but they said they dont have authorisation.
I suffered a lot by giving this service.
I am ready for verification on giving time but my no will be dead till saturday. and i will loose a lot coz of this coz i can not call any people in urgency.
