Deactivation of Internet Connection without notice to the customer,

Name of company/service: Reliance 3G internet services

Sir, I am a customer of Reliance Communication. my Reliance Netconnect 3G number 8767262029 has been disconnected from 13.06.2013. My scheme was 6 months advance rental. I have written so many times to Reliance appellate authority but my grievances are still unattended. My services were to be continued upto September 2013. I want that exemplary penalty to be imposed on Reliance for deficiency of Services. I have sufferred a lot due to inaction on the part of reliance people.

    We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, as per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform you your connection as been terminated hence benefits cannot be posted.
