Name of company/service: BSNL GSM
I am using SIM of bsnl (no.9470834600). I don’t know how BSNL Radio has been activated in my mobile and bsnl deducting Rs.19.00 from my balance every month. I tried to deactivate it several times through bsnl helpline no. 1500, 1503, 12630033 but in spite of deactivation of this service they charge for trying to lodge complaint on 12630033 and from all these no. I couldn’t received any response in this regard. I’m really surprised to see that they are deducting monthly charges every month from me and I am not able to do anything in this regard.
