it’s been a week that i have submitted my documents for new broadband connection for my firm I also made full payment toward that to sales executive of Airtel Broadband Mr Ajeet (ph 08527365050) He promise me that they was install my connection next day but next day he misguided me and hold me for another day, like this he passed 2 day and I don’t get my connection.
My office is closed from last week due to internet unavailability, I am working on E-commerce so without internet iI am not able to do my work.
on third day i called him and told to cancel my request for connection, He doesn’t shows up then after 2 Hours his senior Mr Narednra (Ph 09971129328) and requested me not to cancel connection he will make sure i’ll get it by Saturday.
in mean time they don’t give me any update and when i call them they are not answering my call, by mistake if they revive my call they disconnect it before even talk to me.
I am still waiting for my connection, my office is closed, my clients are going away due to them
My connection is booked on my Firms name.
