datawind tablet not received

I had purchased data wind tab before 8 month and in few days I faced display problem so I submitted it to the service provider in pune at 17 July but till date I did not get it. when I tried to contact service provider we get response as it is delivered to the company for repair. when I got in contacted to customer care before one month they replied with u will get it back with 5 days and after that I contacted two them three time every time they replied the same. so I spend .my more than two month for followup and now it is not possible for me to wait more so I request to refund my money. I hope my request is considered and I will get reply as early as possible waiting eagarly
