data sharing plan activation without any intimation or approval

On 16April 2016 I got below sms

Congratulations! You will be sharing your 3G/4G data balance with 9619098055.All future 3G/4G recharges will be shared

Instantly I called Airtel customer care and discussed with them and deactivate by sending sms to 121. And in return reply I got below msg

As requested by you,9619098055has been removed from your My Internet Family.To manage your my Internet Family,visit  http: // airtel .in/family

But today morning again data sharing activated by same no. I didn’t understood once I deactivated how can Airtel activate data sharing without intimation or approval.

Again I called customer care and they said yes your data sharing is activated and you have to send sms to 121 for deactivation.
