dear sir,
this complaint is regarding 3g data, i have complaint to RIM many times but they didn’t solved my problem.you are the last hope for me. i m copying the whole matter which i my husband,mr. nitin jain mailed to RIM.
(dear sir,
my wife mrs.roly jain purchased a gsm sim from one of your
frenchise , office located in dava bazar marhatal jabalpur,they told us at
the time of purchase that you would get 2 gb data of net every month for
consecutive 3 months it means for 6gb, and we got 2gb data in first month
on 24july2014, and we used it.but after 1 month on 25 aug.2014.balance is
showing 000 validity till 23 sep.2014, and at present this no. does’nt
recharged anything on second month.
then we called 198 regarding this they created a case over
it and accepted that yes your no. has not recharged.the refference no. was
given as 224302008,
now today we are calling on 198 firstly one executive is
saying that your no. has recharged for this month also and now you would
get data on 23sep for third month, and he disconnected our call without
giving us complete answer. while we have not recieved any data for second
month.
when i again called to 198 i was talked by any senior official
mr. himanshu sharma. he was saying that your sim is rechaged for dongle
only so you should call to *355 for dongle data support. we were praying
him that we have not purchased this sim for dongle but for mobile only,he
was saying sorry i am unable to help you.
anyways we called for dongle support for this matter, there our
call recived by any lady executive,for this matter she told us this type
of recharge is not available in mp and your sim is not recharged for
dongle data and she gave us your address and no.
actually we use net for our presentation work for our business
and we are suffering havy loss due to not getting internet data.so please
resolve it immidiately.as this is taking too much time we are loosing our
validity.
now you are the last hope for us from reliance side.after you
we have rest the only option to go to consumer forum.
