I am receiving bills in contact no. 9879576729 (contact me on 9925226729) stated “download charges” while I already have a data plan activated on my mobile. Vodafone customer relationship officers can’t understand the issue. bills are “p_zeeditto_tvshowsw_14” & “dittotv_w_35_r” which indicates Live tv application, but I don’t have any Live tv application in my phone as it is a 2G phone, Live tv can’t be watched. from last several bills there are certain download charges are introduced. I can’t understand that while data plan is active, then how can company charge me on downloads? on the other hand I havent installed any tv application. nor downloading anything. but customer care officers say that’s your phone & you have to be careful.
