Hello, I have recharged 2g data pack Rs 51 for my number (9555629512). But then the mobile data is not connecting. I have been facing the problems since 5th Sep 15. It has been 3 days and am facing same issue. I am able to view data balance by dialing *111*1*3# but not able to use the data. I searched for customer care number to contact reliance but then I am not able to find one to speak directly with the customer support person. i have got the Settings but still not able to connect . I tried to call 198 but did not receive any response. I have faced many issue with reliance but were resolved in a day, but this issue is still pending and it is going to be 4th day. this time I am very much dis satisfy with you all. I did not expected this from you all. I am sorry to say, if the following problem on going than I have to switch to other network provider.
Kindly give solution for this ASAP.
