I ordered online a Docomo 3G datacard with Connect India on 30th July. And I was promised to be delivered a data card within 3 hours of the payment. till date it has not been delivered and I have asked for the refund. when I call the contact number 09718717626 it is switched off. They were very much concerned to take the payment for which I recived a call every 10 minutes. After which no one knows what is happening.
and their call center agents talk very rudely to the customers.
I have the proof of the payment made online.
I think this company is cheating people by taking money from people first and then not caring for anything.
