I recharged my mobile with 156 data pack on 15th march at 11:17 pm. According to recharge benefit I got 512 MB data instantaneously but left 512 MB I did not get after two days.
I called reliance customer care & they told me that I have insert my SIM into dongle & that’s why data has been lost. But this is totally wrong argument & I asked to reliance customer care that give me any documentary proof that I inserted my SIM into a dongle but they refused to do that.
Last month also I got the same experienced with Reliance Communication buy fortunately I got my left 512 data after 7 days.
Please help me & give me a permanent solution for that.
