Das Appliances has cheated me by not providing the service.

Respected Madam or Sir ,
“Das Appliance” is a service provider company situated at 139 B.The. Road, Dunlop kolkata:108.They contacted me for AMC of my Kent water purifier and Kuchina chimney offering all spare parts during one year of AMC. I agreed to go with them and paid them Rs.
4000/- for purifier and Rs.1200/- for chimney. The AMC was done for the period of 10.5.15 to 9.5.16.
After their 2nd service I found my Kent water purifier is not working properly and became noisy.I complained about that to Das Appliance on 5.2.2016 but the intentionally delayed the matter and by somehow managed to solve the problem on 29.3.16. But still they didn’t change any parts or filters for water purifier and chimney.
In the first week of May 2016 they called me for the third servicing and I told them to come with the filters of my water purifier. They denied and said that they will not provide these but in their AMC form they have written that they will change candle carbon and membrane.
After several times of calling they said that they will give me the final service with all parts but didn’t send any technician. I think they have intentionally delayed the matter to haras me and by finishing one month they said my AMC date is over and they can’t give any services. More than that they started using slangs against me.
Hence, I am lodging a complaint against DAS APPLIANCE for harassing and cheating me. They have taken my money for worst servicing and they also damaged my Kent water purifier.
I want my money back and also wants to aware people from cheated by the company.

I am looking forward to get a justice in favour of me and I am ready with all bills and evidences against them.
