I was not aware of consumer complaint through net. It is a old complaint regarding my DAPIC DVD player. WIthin 06 months of purchase I had used my Dapic just for two occasion. I showed it is service person it is battery leakage problem. This problem is from manufacterers side. I brought to their notice, they said they would replace the part but now they are telling that this part is unavailable i.e. 7 diwood isnot not available. Now what should I do with this Rs.5000/- dapic. How should I resolve my problem. I went to the dealer he advice me to contact consumer girevance and they are ready to coperate with any further details.
