Damages of Goods during transport

Dear Sir,
I Abhishek Shukla used servive of Agarwal packers limited to transport my household goods from Patna to Haridwar with GC NO PTN 00 00 99. In the process they have damaged My fridge and invertor completely and now refuse to pay the insurenve damages . Also they have falsely got sign from another person in my absence . In biew of that I have hold the 20 % payment which was due to be paid on 5th July till my matter resolved . Iam being constantly harassed by them for the same.Kindly look into my matter
