I requested for shifting of my house hold items from plot no 264, jpn nagar, miayapur hyderabad to 22nd , 5th morrison street, block b, flat a, alandur, chennai-16 on 18th of june 2011 (wide invoice no: 5019) and also from hyderabad to mumbai (wide invoice no 5018).
Rs 19800/- (Including rs 3000/- For insurance premium) was paid for hyderabad to chennai and rs 8250/- Was paid for hyderabad to mumbai as relocation charges. The amount was paid to the savings bank a/C no 630801531280.
Initially all my items were delivered and except my tv/ Washing machine stand / Shoes etc.And I sent an email to them form my official email ID on 16/08/2011 and also mentioned that one of my cartoon boxes are missing which contains my daughters soft toys as well as some electronic items. I made several calls to then as well to their office regarding this. I received my tv as well as bag containing my family shoes on 29th of august 2011 (almost 02 months later) and I sent an email to them on 30th of aug regarding the same and also reminded about the insurance paper for rs 3000/- Which I paid as a premium towards the house hold items sent to chennai. But I didn’t receive any reply from them.
Looking into their response I travelled all the way from chennai to hyderabad to sort out the issue with M/S leo packing & shipping co to get my insurance premium paper as well to check whether my missing box can be found at their company godown. I visited their office on 02/09/2011 and waited for their MD subhash sharma for almost 20mins but he didn’t came to meet me and more over he spoke to me on the phone stating that he is busy in other issues and he ensured that necessary claim would be send to me. And his representative mr. Jogender singh –mobile no 9393241115 gave a letter on his behalf stating that the necessary money would be reimbursed to me within seven days. And also that time I received my insurance “special contract form”.
I sent an email to them from my official email ID on 12/09/2011 stating the below mentioned..
I came from chennai to hyderabad just to find out my luggage. I hope you still remember my conversation which I had in your office along with your representative on 2nd of september. My material is still not reached to mumbai as promised by you and your representatives and also I didn’t receive any confirmation about my missing box which was shipped from hyderabad to chennai and I filled insurance claim and handed over to you and so far I didn’t receive any communication from you.. appreciated if you could send necessary details to me asap…
unfortunately I didn’t receive any reply from them…
I again sent an email to them on 04/10/2011 regarding the same and he didn’t respond anything on this. From that day to till 07/03/2012, I have been sending emails to them regarding my insurance claim and I am sorry to say they havn’t responded to my single mail.( I sent reminders on 14/11/2011, 14/12/2011,17/12/2011,27/02/2012,29/02/2012 and lastly on 07/03/2012)
looking into your attitude as well as for not responding to your customer concerns I lodged a complaint against M/S leo packing & shipping co on 27/02/2012 and the docket no is: 00358958.
I sent the details to their office in the month of march on 14-3-2012via register post & rto no is 45541607 and to my surprise it returned back to me stating that that the concerned person doesn’t stay there where as their address in the webiste clearly mentioned as…….
