my docket no. is 493433545.i booked the television from talcher to patna the television which is delivered to me is damaged badly, the screen of the television has been broken very badly by gati shipping service it appears that some heavy load has been thrown on it and due to which the screen has been broken.
As the packing and transportation both has been done by the gati service so it is their responsibility to deliver it safely ,so either they should repair it or replace it with new.
i feel cheated because after paying so much and receiving it broken i felt very sad and i cried when i saw it damaged.
