Damaged Refrigerator

Name of company/service: Whirlpool
A Whirlpool refrigerator was purchased on 13 July 2011(model Genius 180 litrs, vide sl.no.INC111926578 and C.MNO CASH/1081/11) and supplied by the Dealer – Anand & Co. Electronics Pvt.Ltd (The Capital), Behala, Kolkata 700 034. After delivery of the refrigerator, the body was found damaged. Inspite of Several reminders given to the service centre of Whirlpool, no one came to repair or replace the damaged refrigerator. Even online complaints logged on 30 January 2012 they did not reply.
