Damaged prosuct Received

I had ordered a Mobile and Dry Iron from on 10th march. However i got the order on 13th marchmarch, but the color of the mobile was not the one which i ordered. That was ok to accept but when i checked the dry iron the plug of the iron was damaged. I clicked the pictures and sent them for replacing damaged product but since then they are not replying to amy emails and not providing any updates upon my reques . Frustating is that they dont even have a customer care call centre number to contact. I am sending emails on and on but they guys are not even looking to provide any solution.

Please look in to issue and help me iin getting my product reolaced or refund of my money.
